Prologue – your intrepid blogger was provided the documentation and the base draft of this post from a confidential informant interested in aiding our efforts against Stan Sniff. I did edit the post before publishing.

“SNIFFY & THE PEDOPHILES”

No, this is not the title of a defunct new wave band of the 80’s.  It refers to the current sheriff and his business partner. Given that Sniff has endorsers with Prostitution Busts, and Donors with criminal records, there is an emerging pattern.

After the bombshell revelation last week that Stan Sniff oversaw the “catch and release” of documented child sex offender, we began to recognize a pattern when its comes to Sniff and Sex Offenders.  Sniff released a documented pedophile into the county without oversight or regard to the safety of the identified child victims and potential victims at risk of being assaulted by “Sniff’s Sex Offender Buddy.” Sniff has inexplicably and repeatedly sided with child sex predators over the interests of Riverside County residents.

Last month, we also informed our readers about the status of missing sex offenders and Sniff’s failure to locate them in Riverside County.  According to the Department of Justice website “Megan’s Law Sex Offender Database, the number of Riverside County child  sex offenders in current violation of their residence and registration requirements has increased on his watch to over 350 as of March 2018!

See for yourself at https://www.meganslaw.ca.gov

When we first posted about “Sniffy and the Pedophiles,” we called out Sniff’s own supporters to refute our accusations if they refused to believe that Sniffy would play so nice with these child predators.  This blog did not receive ANY comments from Sniffy’s stooges calling our claims into questions.  By now, even the most blindly-supporting Sniffers must have known that “Sniffy and the Pedophiles” is a real problem for the soon-to-be ex-sheriff.

What we did learn is that Sanctuary Stan Sniff is just fine cutting illegal alien sex offenders loose as well.

Unsatisfied with simply letting documented and convicted child sex offenders run amok throughout Riverside County, Sniff has now made a deal with the devil.

According to his own campaign reports, Sniffy sought out a convicted, registered sex offender.  Sniff paid this pedophile $58,102 to trick Riverside County voters into voting for him!  The child sex offender will be sending campaign mailers to hundreds of thousands of Riverside County homes.  With deceptive titles such as “Budget Watchdogs” and “Attention Republicans: Your California Voter Guide” and “California Senior Advocates League” and “Election Digest,” the child sex offender hopes you’ll never find out about the truth behind these fraudulent campaign mailers coming into your homes.

What Is A Slate Mailer?

Let’s start with a little background – Sniffy bought a bunch of slates.  These are campaign mailers that highlight his name (and sometimes photo) and advertise the purchaser (Sniff) with other candidates who also buy onto the mail piece.  Some slate mailers are legit, others, like the ones Sniff purchased from the sex offender are not.

Mr. Timothy M. Carey.

Tim Carey runs a bunch of slates from his Torrance office and sometimes from his Redondo Beach home. As discussed, expect to see his “Budget Watchdogs” slate mailer with Sniffy’s shiny red face on it soon.  For a man who has repeatedly blown his county-issued budget over and over and ruthlessly fought any attempts to reign it in, it seems like another grotesque lie to many that an organization called “Budget Watchdogs” would be recommending a vote for Sniffy.

As you can tell from the article above, Mr. Carey sells recommendations to pretty much anyone who will pay. Here are the deceptive slates Sniff paid $58,000 Mr. Carey for. See some supporting evidence that proves the payments linked here and linked here, linked here, linked here and linked here.

                                                                                    Sniff               Sniff               Sniff

Carey / Sniff Slate Mail Title                                Payment       Payment       Total

“Budget Watchdogs Newsletter”                            $5,522            $16,566          $22,088

“CA Seniors Advocates League Voter Guide”    $3,401            $10,206          $13,607

“California Voter Guide”                                          $2,425            $7,276            $9,701

“Election Digest”                                                       $3,179            $9,537            $12,716

 TOTAL                                                                     $14,527          $43,575          $58,102

Please remember . . .  This is NOT some type of recent discovery.  See the LA Times article below that highlights a lawsuit by Carey against a man who shared the public information about Carey’s conviction in 1992 for committing lewd acts on a 12-year old girl.

Political Consultant Protests Airing of His Criminal Past

Courts: Letters sent to his clients ruined his business, onetime child molester alleges.

March 15, 1999|JEAN O. PASCO | L.A. TIMES STAFF WRITER

Can a convicted child molester successfully sue someone for damaging his reputation?

That is the overriding issue in a lawsuit filed by political consultant Timothy M. Carey of Torrance against former state controller candidate William Snow Hume of Fullerton.

Carey, 40, contends in the Harbor Justice Center suit that Hume, 41, destroyed his business by sending four defamatory letters beginning last October to clients of Carey’s California Voter Guide, which is a political advertisement sent to voters before each election.

Hume’s letters informed them of Carey’s criminal past: conviction of three felonies in 1992 for committing lewd acts on a then 12-year-old girl.

After receiving Hume’s letters, Carey said, several candidates withdrew from the guide, saying they didn’t want the political risk of being associated with him. Many demanded refunds.

Carey’s lawsuit alleges defamation, intentional infliction of emotional distress and unlawful business interference. He said Hume’s actions harmed his reputation and triggered an undisclosed medical condition for which he is seeking “lifelong physical therapy, counseling and incidental expenses.”

Hume, a frequent candidate for local office, said he sent the letters because he was “horrified” to learn last year, months after asking Carey to advise his campaign, that the consultant had been convicted of molesting a girl.

“I look at it as a consumer protection thing,” Hume said. “People have a right to know who they’re doing business with. Also, I will admit that I don’t want to help child molesters make a fortune. I’d never voluntarily give my business to someone who’s a scumbag like that.”

Neither Carey nor his attorney, Renee Garcia of Santa Ana, returned calls seeking comment.

One legal expert said Hume’s letters could be compared to Megan’s Law, which allows the addresses of registered sex offenders to be made public.

The problem for Carey is persuading a jury that Hume overstepped his bounds of free speech and made statements that were more damaging to his reputation than information in the public record, said Robert Pugsley, a constitutional law professor at Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles.

Finding sympathetic jurors will be tough, he said.

“A jury’s going to hear ‘child molester’ and they’ll puke,” Pugsley said. “They’ll be back in five minutes.”

However, that doesn’t mean a child molester can’t be defamed or prove injury to his reputation. “You still have some rights,” Pugsley said. “Nobody is totally thrown off the planet.”

California Voter Guide is mailed to Republican voters and promotes candidates through slate cards, which list preferred candidates for state and local offices. Though some candidates are listed free of charge, others, including legislative, city council and school board hopefuls, pay for placement on the slates.

Newport Beach political consultant Frank Caterinicchio said the guide is a reputable slate mailer used by candidates and consultants statewide.

Some political insiders know of Carey’s past, but “I wouldn’t say his personal problems tarnish the viability of the slates,” Caterinicchio said.

“There are a lot of people involved in making it successful.”

(except ended)

BOTTOM LINE:

Sniff needs to hang it up now, as in drop out of the race before he gets prosecuted for what has happened in his regime as Sheriff. Beyond activity your intrepid blogger believes to be criminal, He’s lost the support of the men and women he is supposed to lead. He’s lost the confidence and respect of the voters.

Stan Sniff’s buffoonery, laziness, personal corruption and incompetence has resulted in scandal after scandal.

Riverside voters will not take kindly to the fact that Sniff has hired a convicted child sex offender to send mail from bogus groups to their homes.  To send out these deceptive mailers for Sniff, this convicted felon has obtained voter lists that include phone numbers, email addresses, age, sex, party affiliation and home residence.

Will Sniffy do the right thing and protect Riverside County voters by cancelling the 600,000 pieces of sleazy and deceptive slate mail that the sex offender will begin sending out within two weeks?

Or will Sniffy simply hope that no one else finds out and his sex offender sleight-of-hand and send out the sex offender slates?

Your move, Sniffy . . . I mean, AFTER you get permission from your child sex offender slate associate.

Just to complete the picture, the same slate mail vendor got popped for campaign violations a few years ago. I am surprised Sniff did not interview him for a job.

Riverside County Registered Sex Offenders

3039 total offenders*

375 in current violation*

*California Department of Justice – Megan’s Law Database, December 2017
Sheriff Stan Sniff is unaware of the location of at least 375 court-certified sex offenders.
More than 12% of all the registered sex offenders in Riverside have gone missing and the sheriff has failed to correct this embarrassing threat to our children and wives.
To put this into perspective, even Hemet, the crime violent crime Capitol of Riverside County has only lost track of 4% of their registered sex offenders.
Stan Sniff has lost track of three times as many sex offenders as Hemet.
While some are using baked numbers to minimize the problem, Crime remains at unacceptable levels throughout Riverside County.
Sheriff Sniff continually blames others for his inability to effectively manage and lead the Sheriffs Department while failing to keep Riverside County residents safe. This is why all those stories about the corruption, incompetence and mismanagement that we keep posting on Right on Daily matter. 375 Sex offenders are on the loose in Riverside County while hundreds of thousands of our tax dollars are being wasted or spent on electioneering.

Perhaps Stan Sniff’s endorsements of left-wing liberal democrats are no fluke. He blames other people for his problems, has stymied CCW Permits, fights with law enforcement officers incessantly and of course has presided over the staggering numbers of releases of hardened criminals.

But he loves him some ACLU.

I’d lay odds the ACLU loved it when he started melting ICE and giving illegal aliens a head start on avoiding deportation. The ACLU and the Sheriff even had a love fest over it before the Sheriff thought better of it and pulled the press release off of the website. You know, the Sheriff Sniff definition of transparency.

The ACLU loved it when he hung a gigantic target on cops. The ACLU must have been asleep as the Sheriff has been scapegoating the cops for years, the hallmark of bad management. Since the ACLU’s definition of societal order is coddling criminals and heavy-handed anti-law enforcement legal activity – they should have had a poster of the Sheriff in their lobby.

What was at issue was not the body cameras. Everyone in Law Enforcement agrees that using them is a good thing. 80% of voters agree.

However having Body Cameras is just not enough for the ACLU. The ACLU tries to assert in their letter to the Sheriff that the camera does not always tell the full story, if you can believe that (it is the ACLU, after all), as an entree to explaining why the cops need to be treated with scorn and suspicion. The rest of us know that the camera does not lie. Time and gain the ACLU’s fellow society-destroying social justice warriors have started anti-police riots in the name of justice only to be exposed as liars when the camera vindicated the law enforcement officer.

However, the ACLU believes that the cops should not see the tape before writing their incident reports. Their argument is that cops are dishonest and might change their report to match the camera. Apparently, the Sheriff agrees with the ACLU.

ACLU – Police Body-Worn Cameras – Policy Points The ACLU references Oakland and Los Angeles in their letter and of course the good Sheriff agreed and decided he’d throw defense attorneys and criminal advocates a bone. Maybe the Sheriff was looking at this as a way to backdoor relieve prison overcrowding by giving defense attorneys more ways to create arguments to let guilty perpetrators go free.

I am 46. Anyone around my age can completely relate to not being able to remember stuff in detail very well. It is made even worse by the blur that sometimes occurs when you are making a string of split-second decisions. What the Sheriff did is create a situation where an honest mistake or omission can allow a guilty criminal to go free due to a technicality because the written report may not perfectly match the video.

Worse, an otherwise innocent, honest cop is also subjected to their integrity being challenged in this situation. This is similar to the gotcha game that prosecutors try to play in order to catch someone on obstruction of justice or perjury with unintentional comments. (see also the fantasy of obstruction against President Trump)

You can see the embedded screenshots of the since-removed ACLU’s letter to the sheriff congratulating his decision to hang a target on the cops.

You can see if you look close that this was shared on facebook.

It appears that posting stuff on the Sheriff’s website and then removing it amidst the backlash is a consistent pattern for the Sheriff as well.

When you are in law enforcement and the ACLU agrees with the decisions of your boss, you should be upset. If you are a voter and the ACLU is agreeing with the Sheriff, go get a gun (but in Riverside, you’ll have to wait 2 years before you can carry it with you) to protect yourself because criminals are having a field day with their ACLU-issued get out of jail free cards.

A couple months ago, we highlighted the Smog Check Fraud complaint that beset Mohammad Ali Mazarei via one of his businesses. The machinations surrounding that case have been the stuff of legend. The most important part (at least to me) was that Mohammad wrote up a legal demand letter (full of typos, prose clearly in his voice) signed by a very young attorney friend, then it was distributed by several local Republican leaders and electeds in an attempt to intimidate your intrepid blogger.

Since then, I have been doing research on Mohammad Ali Mazarei. Thanks to a confidential informant, I have gotten context for several items I found.

Why does Mohammad Ali Mazarei Matter? He has donated over $52,000 to Stan Sniff over the years and recently held a fundraiser for the Sheriff at his lavish residence. Stan Sniff would do well to disassociate himself, but was recently at a friends of the NRA (but not CCW applicants) dinner with Mazarei.

Embedded is a link to a group that Mohammad Ali Mazarei is a part of, Mohammad Ali is Persian. Mohammad claims to be patriotic to America yet here he is in this group. There are others that he is a part of as well.

Embedded as well is a $726 Tax Lien by the County of Riverside against Mr. Mazarei (Arco Travelzone). You’d think a guy that can give Sheriff Stan Sniff $52K+ could pay his bills?

There was a second lien, but that one had been paid at some point.

In addition, we found a lawsuit filed against Mohammad Ali Mazarei by a bank. The lawsuit was in the amount of $15,051.01

It appears from reading the text of the lawsuit that Mr. Mazarei (ahem via business entities) was looking at starting up a Baja Fresh Mex Franchise. He was well in to the process and decided to withdraw. It looks like he paid only $2K of the $17K related to startup costs and the bank he left holding the bag sued him via several business entities for breach of contract.

You can read the entire lawsuit document here.

You will note that the AM/PM Travelzone that is also the subject of the current Smog Check Fraud investigation is central in this lawsuit.

Now we have a pattern, a rich dude not paying his bills. By virtue of the pattern we are learning about, either he is not rich or he has ethical issues. What is Mazarei getting by donating all that money to Stan Sniff?

This brings us to another gem. Mohammad Ali Mazarei is suing the Perris Chamber of Commerce. Apparently the hearing for the small claims court lawsuit was on 4/2/2018.

Mohammad Ali is suing them Pro-Per, meaning he is either too cheap to pay for an attorney or he can not afford an attorney. I’ve known about this lawsuit for some time, but had to wait until recently for the story behind it.

The jist of the story is Mohammad Ali Mazarei via his business entities has donated some combined $9600 to the Perris Chamber of Commerce. There was some sort of argument / disagreement that resulted on Ali Mazarei no longer being on their board of directors / committees / etc. Apparently, the situation got so bad that Mazarei is persona non grata in significant parts of that area’s business community. Once Mazarei lost the votes / arguments, he then started demanding all the money he had donated to the chamber of commerce back (regardless of how long ago it was).

Similar to his misguided belief that stringing up his former employee Walter Cole would somehow absolve him and his business of culpability in the Smog Check Caper, he believes that he can sue the Perris Chamber of Commerce and demand all the donations back because he is no longer at the cool kids table.

This should tell the Riverside County Republican Party, the Riverside County Lincoln Club and Stan Sniff what they are in for if they dare disagree with Mazarei. Having been threatened by this guy myself, it is clear that Mazarei is a bully, has a limited grasp on the American legal system at best and is not a healthy addition to any team. If I was part of any Republican organization that Mazarei was a part of, I’d separate myself as soon as possible.

Unfortunately for Stan Sniff – Mohammad Ali Mazarei and he are fully invested in each other and Mohammad Ali is the gift that keeps on giving to Stan Sniff… (Pictured 3/18/2018 at an event)

To be continued.

Let’s start with this from an anonymous contributor:

What’s interesting on your latest drone boy article is this. Why is there a TAP – Captain, never heard of this before in my 35 years. It’s typical handled by a LT who reports to a captain. This LT is assigned a county “rescue” 4×4 unit that’s valued around $85k. I wonder what drone boy is driving. (Prior to Captain Taylor the…) last two (were) Lt’s assigned to this spot. Makes ya wonder. Adds credence to sniff taking care of his buddies. This is drone boys third program he has headed. His last as captain was the license plates readers which he received monies directly from the company.

Stunned, I asked a follow-up question: He was being paid by the reader company while running the RSO program for it?

Yes when he was in palm desert then when promoted / transferred to thermal it continued. He would wear their collared shirts to work and other functions lol. I don’t recall the company name

So, while writing a breaking news post a couple weeks ago, I seemed to have stumbled across more corruption as the information on Frank “Drone Boy” Taylor came in fast and furious.

It also looks like Taylor performed in the time-honored tradition of workplace sexual affairs.

Mr. Taylor also appears to have gotten himself fired at some point for excessive use of force, and common for fired deputies got his job back somehow after being fired.

In the first post about Taylor, I mentioned that Stan Sniff was laying off a whole bunch of “TAP” employees in order to try and look good related to budget issues, yet Taylor – a friend of Stan – was going to be allowed to stay on either in the Tap program or by billing commensurate consulting fees.

Well, we got another problem. Taylor is Quadruple-Dipping the taxpayers!

First – His Pension, Second, His “TAP” program pay, $60ish an hour X 960 Hours a year. Third, his “Consulting” business with the county running the now 4-year-old Drone Program (which is not operational yet). Fourth? Oh mama, that’s the potential felony, read on…

Enter another Anonymous Source (Known to me, like the first one): (I did not correct the typos to ensure authenticity of the source’s comments)

Aaron,

Here is a photo from a recent failed drone operation.  Drone Boy lost the $45K drone in the hills.  If radio connection is lost, the drone is “designed” to return to base.  Well, this did not happen…the drone disappeared in the hills and could not be found.  It took 7 different Deputies, over 4 hours to find this toy.   It was in pieces on the side of a steep hilside.
Most drones are helicopter style; however, Drone Boy convinced Sniffles to buy a plane type, why.  Wait for it, because Frank Taylor was a representative for the same company.  So after commission for selling the Sheriff “two” drones, at a cost of 45K each, he was hired as a TAP employee to run the program.  All while collecting his retirement.  Cost of training, another 100K.
Several submissions were suggested, including a $5k model helicopter.  So the only reason to go with the more expensive plane model, would be some type of kick back ? Why spend 45k for somethimg that had not been proven to work in our evironment.   Bannings Drone (helicopter style) can fly 5 miles and still be controlled.  Distance on the Sheriff’s drone, “line of site”
Let’s unpack this.
First off, Frank Taylor is alleged to be a salesman / representative for Sentera, the manufacturer of the Drones.
Did Frank Taylor sell the County of Riverside a product that was ill-suited for its’ needs and way more expensive because he was a paid salesman for Sentera?
Note that the two Drones have severe limitations that helicopter style drones do not. One is line of sight, which is a severe limitation in mountainous terrain.
The City of Banning got a drone program up and operational in a matter of months. Was Frank Taylor milking the taxpayers of Riverside County, aided and abetted by Stan Sniff? It is a fair question to ask, as this apparently not the first time he has been a commissioned sales person for a company who is directly involved in a project he is running. Taylor has been working on this program since 2014. As you can see from emails I posted, they are just now getting the Riverside Sheriff’s Drone Program operational.
Lastly, a check of Sentera’s website reveals that the Drone that the County of Riverside paid $23,999 base cost for can be had on the website for $8,499$18,989 a piece!
The Website indicates that the $18,989 pricetag is for a complete system. Note that the County of Riverside paid $39,999 for that.
Did Frank Taylor disclose his financial conflict of interest? Did he disclose his commissions on any of the projects he has worked on? Does the County of Riverside know about the price disparity? Did they look at other options or did they just blindly go with what Drone Boy recommended?
See the final pricetag – $105K. I think we got ripped off. And it will have taken 4 years to get a drone program operational at the cost of how much in salary and benefits? The world of Stan Sniff.

According to a confidential informant, Thermal Station is doing the same thing Captain Tripod did and Captain Jason Huskey is doing. (I will bet Kurly and Purvis are as well)

You know what is interesting about Palm Desert and their mismanagement of contract hours. Thermal just started the same thing about a week ago

Normally Coachella runs 3 deputies for all three watches. Well apparently they are way under [hours]

Well now they are forcing us by giving us yellow days for at least a forth body In Coachella and a sixth body in la quinta

Yellow days are mandatory overtime that the contract cities get stuck with the bill for.

The contract cities also pay for rusted out vehicles to patrol the streets, too. How nice.

We are short staffed as it is and they want to backfill hours and even mentioned in briefing that they will be forcing us to work it to catch up on hours

Baseline budgeting – a government practice where the next budget is based off the baseline set by the prior budget. It encourages fraud, abuse and waste because if they don’t use their budget then the next year’s budget gets cut. Apparently this overtime game is a system-wide practice.

I’m hearing Maybe Lt Manning will be promoted from within Thermal Station or captain Jimenez will come from the courts

It is our understanding that Lt. Manning is going to replace the retiring Roy Grace. Lt. Manning is reputed to be a raging jerk in the mold of Lt. Mark Bostrom. Anyone with information about Lt. Manning is encouraged to come forward. You can remain confidential.

The confidential informant continued:

Coachella has had some shitty cars for years

Everyone on patrol is now sharing just two banks for the bwc in the report writing room so we usually have to take someone else’s bwc out to make room for our own .
Bwc on the dang side cause no room
What would the ACLU do if they knew their vaunted Body Cameras were not being properly maintained or charged for use in the Thermal Station?
Riverside Confidential will continue…

We’ve been using Captain Jason Huskey and the Palm Desert Station as a poster child for the fiscal disaster that is Stan Sniff’s legacy at the Riverside Sheriff’s Office.

We’ve detailed the disaster that is the Palm Desert Station featuring deputy comments about the equipment. It was relayed to us that after our first graphic, unedited expose’ on the Palm Desert Station that new computers are being brought in.

Rancho Mirage City Council Candidate Michael Harrington has been railing on the conditions at the Palm Desert Station and has even been threatened by Captain Jason Huskey because of his outspoken criticism of the state of the equipment there.

You will note that they are spending money on cosmetic improvements, but not on fixing the broken down vehicles or the broken equipment in the station. Going to Fry’s and getting a couple new computers does not count. Oh wait, they can’t go to Fry’s for Computers or to the local garage to get the cars fixed, they have to use the extremely overpriced county maintenance facility and procurement process! (More on that grotesque waste of taxpayer money soon)

Recently, I was alerted to a staffing surge coming out of the Palm Desert Station.

There are 3 beats in the City of Rancho Mirage – usually patrolled by 2 Deputies each. As of Friday 3/23/2018, there suddenly were 4 Deputies per beat, a Motorcycle Deputy, a School Resource Officer, and 2 Community Service Officers on the job.

Where has that been all along? Are they patrolling in the dilapidated cars?

Palm Desert Station has 5 Beats. All are now covered, despite the past practice of rotating coverage. Normally 3-4 Deputies are on Patrol supplemented by Mandatory Overtime.

Now – there are 5 Deputies on Patrol, Plus a a Roving Corporal, Plus 3 Motorcycle Cops, a K9 Unit, 2 School Resource Officers, 2 Community Resource Officers, plus one Special Enforcement Team Deputy.

However, there is no boost to the rural area which is the size of Rhode Island, it is still only patrolled by 2 deputies.

In a previous post, we lit up Captain Tripod over a caper where she realized she had 400 hours of overtime that had been billed and not used. The problem with public budgeting is that if you do not spend all of your money, you lose it. This practice is called “Baseline Budgeting” and encourages fraud and waste. Your next year budget is set based off of your current year’s usage… this furthers the spending addiction of government.

See the embedded text message from a deputy. BWC = Body Worn Cameras. Remember, we blasted Sheriff Stan Sniff for siding with the ACLU on immigration, sanctuary cities and body cameras. You will see that the equipment is malfunctioning. What would the ACLU say if they knew their vaunted Body Cameras were not working?

Jan Harnick is a Republican Candidate running for supervisor out in District 5 where Jerry Brown Appointed extreme left wing liberal democrat activist Manny Perez is running for his first election.

Harnick committed two fatal mistakes that show her judgement is impaired. Similar to so many I have met within the Republican “Cool Kids Table”, Harnick’s deep inner fear of rocking the boat has overtaken her judgement.

She was confronted with the state of affairs in the Palm Desert Station. At a 3/5 Event, she said in public that the Palm Desert Station “Has the best training and equipment”. I write this again, she was told otherwise and presented with evidence, long before we had the photographs of the dilapidated vehicles. It is clear that Sniff ordered window dressing and ass-covering band-aids be put on the Palm Desert Station due to the scrutiny of the conditions there, but they exist system-wide within the Sheriff’s Office. However, Harnick would have been able to see the truth had she bothered to look.

Despite claiming that she was not going to take a position in the Sheriff’s Race, she met with Sheriff Sniff for three hours (ostensibly about the budget) and came out of the meeting spouting his talking points.

It is easy to support the status quo.

I’d rather be tortured by ISIS than vote for a democrat, but I have very low expectations for Jan Harnick and doubt she has the courage to take out a hamburger from the drive-thru let alone the endemic corruption that has beset the Sheriff’s Department. If I had a vote in Sup D5, I don’t know what I’d do.

You won’t see articles like this about the real conditions under Stan Sniff’s leadership in the Desert Sun or the Riverside Press-Enterprise. You will here on RightonDaily.

Stay tuned, because the legacy of failure of Stan Sniff will continue to be exposed.

P.S. If Captain Huskey had any integrity, he’d retire and go in to his law practice full time. His performance is an embarrassment.

Mar 272018

With California’s Sanctuary State in the Cross-hairs, you will be appalled to learn that Sheriff Stan Sniff has had a non-cooperation policy in force for years.

Check out a sampling of stories going on under the watch of Stan Sniff:

The first example I can think of was a 30’s male who had just been released from a 2 year sentence for sodomy and soliciting a minor (15yrs old) male juvenile. Was supposed to check in within 5 days of release. I finally tracked him down through an emergency contact and advised them that he would have to come in and register. By the time he had come in to register he was 9 days overdue. When I asked my supervision if we could have an investigator make the arrest for failure to register as a sex offender, I was met with resistance because we are “short staffed”. (some crap about wanting to give “every opportunity” to allow 290s to be in compliance.) This posture goes against the stated no tolerance policy and common sense. Once he did come in to register through my interview it came to light that he was here illegally. When I asked my supervision again about arrest (not for illegal status but for 290 violation with the added benefit of sending him back to jail to hopefully be deported this time, since apparently our jails don’t care…) I was told to contact border patrol and let them know of his address but not to identify myself as RSO since we are not supposed to work with federal authorities when it comes to illegal immigrants.

Got it? So the “No Tolerance” policy against sex offenders is pure BS. The station Captains are spouting the same budget excuse garbage the Sheriff is AND they are refusing to cooperate with federal authorities long before the unconstitutional sanctuary state law.

How about this one? A 30’s male who had been charged with sexual abuse against his 11 year old step daughter came in to register his new address in our jurisdiction from cat city. the ID he brought in was his green card that had expired. When I asked him if he knew he was in the country illegally he said he knew but also knew that unless he “did something really bad” he wouldn’t be deported. When I contacted his probation officer and told her this, she said that they had been told by their supervision that they cannot do anything about someones immigration status and that I should be careful because she had one of her probation co-workers disciplined for trying. I again asked my supervision about what can be done. I was told that since he has not violated any 290 statute just to register him because its not our problem.

If anyone has any question why Immigration is such a hot button issue, keep reading. Also take note of the social justice warrior probation officer referenced in the second anecdote.

A 60’s male who came in to register (for 314) new address from Washington state. Upon doing the usual inquiries I saw that he was charged with 2nd degree murder (upon further investigation he strangled a homosexual male who came on to him and solicited him for sex) in Washington and had done 18 years. He moved into our jurisdiction and at first could not provide any ID. I told him that I would need some sort of government ID to register him and he told me that he had registered in Washington for quite a while without one. I asked him why he didn’t have an ID and he would not answer, upon further digging and pressing he told me that he was brought to this country when he was 9-10 yrs old and was not part of DACA. He was confident that this wasn’t a problem. I again asked my supervision and they told me that he should go get a CAL-ID and then we can register him so at least we know where he is even if we cant deport him.

Why do we have laws if Sheriff Sniff won’t enforce them? Cops pulling guns on people, getting their jobs back after using excessive force, running red lights and getting sued, falsifying time cards, cheating, lying, stealing, having sex with informants, having sex on duty, drinking on duty, getting away with DUI’s, misappropriating government funds, falsifying paperwork, on and on and on.

All this and Sheriff Sniff’s donors are an all star team of the civil and penal code.

I may be from the simpler part of California, but even us Northerners know what corruption looks like: Stan Sniff. What a legacy this Sheriff has.

Every campaign comes with astounding acts of cowardice. I only block people on facebook once they have made credible threats or on advice of my attorney. For example, I have not blocked Martin Tochtrop even though his fiancee’ threatened Chad Bianco’s family. (I blocked her only) However, Joe Narciso blocked on facebook me once I challenged him on the nature of his friend-of-stan-promotion to Sergeant.

Tochtrop was promoted to correctional Lieutenant after his incident of fraud.

Earlier today, I blew up Tony Pelato who is almost universally reviled in the rank-and-file. Like Pelato, Tochtrop and Narciso have a ton of baggage. Here on the rightondaily blog, we use several sources of info.

First is human intelligence – such as this gem from an anonymous inside source related to Martin “Marty” Tochtrop:

Shortly after the fraud incident you mentioned in current post, Marty was promoted to Correctional Lt.

(this sentence is deleted)
Marty was in a pers with Sgt. Dekker some years back they both got time off. Involved setting up an inmate who changed places with another inmate being released. They allowed this inmate to walk out the door then conducted a felony arrest, guns and all on the inmate. This happened at SWDC around 2012.
One of the keys to human intelligence is to know your source and keep documentation, and also follow up to verify what you are told. This way you never get sued successfully, only threatened by morons.
Human intelligence is often biased with people’s personal issues about the subject of their intelligence. In the case of the Stan Sniff saga, most all I have spoken to / emailed / messaged with have been up front with their agenda.
Using bad human intelligence will get you sued.
Second is public records: Martin Tochtrop had a monster BK in 2011. It featured a default and a trustee sale of his home in 2012. Tochtrop appears to have racked up $40K in credit card debt, had 4 cars and a boat at the time the wheels flew off of his life. This matters because it suggests a financial nexus for selling his soul to Stan Sniff. (aka, he needed the promotion to Correctional Lt.) Linked here is the facepage of the 59-page bankruptcy file on Mr. Tochtrop. If challenged, I will post the entire document.
It also suggests why Tochtrop got in trouble for fraud, submitting a plane ticket for a girlfriend’s for reimbursement from the county. He appears to have been in debt up to his eyeballs at the time.
Public records can tell us a lot. It also is a clear nexus for Joe Narciso to be so aggressive and open in his support for Stan Sniff. Narciso had 2 defaults of his own and appears to have lost his house in a foreclosure. This is again a clear nexus for why Narciso needed to ensure his financial security going forward.
If you use public records, you will never have to fear legal retaliation as defaults, foreclosures, trustee sales, and bankruptcies are public records. Having the actual report from the cheating scandal is why Jason Gore (now a Sergeant) had to take the hit despite his freaked out communications demanding legal action. The information I have posted on a slew of Stan Sniff’s donors and endorsers is all public records. It does not take much effort to obtain this information, a little effort on Sheriff Sniff’s part would have saved him a lot of embarrassment. These mistakes happen when you are drunk on unchecked power.
Third – media search. Chances are anyone in law enforcement, politics or public office has a long history of articles in the media. It is always safe to post a media article with your clear opinion of it and let the readers decide what to think of it. This is how I started in on Stan Sniff, which led me to bona-fide inside sources with unbelievably real and incredible stories.
Fourth – Sign your name to what you write. This gives you far more credibility. Any coward can write an anonymous attack website. Part of the reason why the blogs about Sniff are so devastating is because people know it is me writing them and have been able to find years of articles on me and my whereabouts politically. This means they also know what I am capable of doing to them if I need to as well. There is also accountability. The downside, of course is that anonymous cowards have been attempting to hack my websites, threatening my wife, her co-workers, trolling, etc etc etc
Never, ever attack family. There are exceptions – one is when you are called out by someone who uses a picture of themselves with family members. (Such as Ray the Executioner Wood posting a photo of himself and his wife at Disneyland as some sort of lame response to Wood getting torched for crashing a Chad Bianco event) Re-posting said picture is fair game. A second is when a family member is in office themselves. (See also Ted and Beth Gaines for example) A third is when Husband and Wife are both public employees who both have separate work histories and screw ups that are germane to blasting Stan Sniff. (See also Ryan and Janelle Huizinga who have benefited from a promotion by Sniff). When Martin Tochtrop’s girlfriend (who is also an employee) threatened several people publicly, I blew her up.
Another example is that Dave “Kurly” Kurylowicz’ Husband is a close friend of Ryan Huizinga, that matters as it connects Huizinga to Kurly and shows the entanglements of team Sniff. Kurly is also Huizinga’s Captain.
You will note, however, that I never mentioned Ray Wood’s wife by name or Kurly’s husband by name. I have received several stories about the spouses and children of several members of Team Sniff from several people. This is where filtering comes in. I have not deployed this information yet. If you return to the beginning of this post where it says sentence deleted, there was a reference to Ray Wood’s wife that I deleted. This is another example of filtering.
Despite the fact that an enraged Kurly is now running an anonymous social media page dedicated to discrediting me – I have not responded in kind by posting information on his Husband – even as he is preparing to use standard left-wing social justice warrior tactics in an attempt to gain political advantage.
Despite the fact that a group of people that may include Chad Pelato, the Sgt. on “special assignment” and others known to me are actively attacking my wife, I have not retaliated in kind.
Campaigns are long slug-fests with a lot of twists and turns. I am grateful for all of the information I am accumulating and for all of the sources coming forward. The results have been devastating for Stan Sniff and his crew of sycophants. The information deployed could change as Sniff’s crew have given me license through their behavior to pretty much use everything I’ve learned with impunity. I am not sure if they thought that consequence through or not.
In the meantime, If anyone has any information about the corruption within the department, please contact me. You can remain anonymous. Our mission at Rightondaily is taking down the Sheriff and those aiding and abetting him. We will not be deterred from that mission.
P.S. Please note that the comments are not filtered, people can write what they want in them. Those may not necessarily reflect the opinion of this blogger. Thank you for reading today’s lesson on political blogging.

There are a lot of rank and file that don’t like “Master Investigator” Tony Pelato.

The thing that sticks out the most to me is that Tony Fellato was terminated for using excessive force and somehow got his job back.

Here at www.RightonDaily.com we have a lot of sources and commenters, one of whom is a huge fan of Tony Fellato.

Nacho Mamma, TonyPee’s a tool. Short man complex too. Used to jack suspects only when he had deputies bigger than him to back his stupid plays (in Pinocchio voice, “THIS IS MY HOUSE, YOU UNDERSTAND ME?!?”). Failed to get hired by another agency but gets lucky and hires with our department only to get fired for some (alleged) use of force beef (in same Pinocchio voice, “THIS IS MY CITY AND YOU WILL RESPECT MY AUTHOR-AH-TAH!!”).

I’m sure he was all cozy with RSA back then, begging for someone to defend him so he could wear the big dog uniform again instead of a security uniform that actually fits his skill set.

Sneaky and would probably do anything he is asked without question or self reflection of the consequences and career he is about to ruin.

I thought the master investigator position was supposed to be filled with the best of the best. You know, the investigators who have that sixth sense, are mature, professional and will work just as hard to absolve a suspect as he would to find evidence of guilt.

Although there are some awesome master investigators on our department, the selection process needs to be revamped. Some applied several times before they got the title or lied and used other cases that ACTUAL POLICE completed for their presentations. I know of one such “master” who admitted to bullshitting the panel (it was his third try) to finally get ahead. He’s useless and a complete embarrassment to the master investigator program.

And take a look at the investigator who showboated on this victim…yes!! The Master Investigator who someday will be a real boy!!

TonyP hasn’t learned his lesson either. You know, the hard one where he was fired while assigned to Moreno Valley and had to fight for his job back?!?

I guess now that he is a “Master” and (from sources who see his activities) picks and chooses the cases he will work and take all the OT he wants, he no longer has to worry.

But he should worry because a weak, crooked, Training Day template cop cannot pretend to be real police for long. Sooner or later, the shroud comes off and he’s breaking bad.

I suppose the FB investigation has left him wrinkled and worn too. I know licking cranny holes to get ahead and smearing the reputations of department members (if they deserve to be fired, then so be it! We don’t need them and the world needs more bartenders anyway) to make himself look good…sort of like he did here when he completed this investigation and wound up on one of those true crime dramas (I wonder how many phone books he sat on before the camera lens could see him). “Web of Lies”

https://www.investigationdiscovery.com/tv-shows/web-of-lies/full-episodes/flirting-with-the-enemy

TonyP proved his unworthiness whilst at RSA as our treasurer—he couldn’t perform his duties without drama and attempts to smear Masson and others. (Sentence Deleted). Yet he tries soooooo hard to look bad ass!!

I should probably refer to him as Tony Fellato as his patronage and service to the Second Floor borders on that. What is even more amazing is that Fellato used to be a Sheriff Stan-Hater until kneeling to the regime last year.

The Fellato file would not be complete without revelations about Mr. Fellato filing a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy, then pivoting to a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy. I guess he manages money like Stan Sniff.

Man it sucks to be Tony Fellato.
